     - Create school health plans

Health Suite Reminders

Parents who would like their child to have over-the-counter medications for minor ailments during the school day must complete the “
Consent-for-Admin-of-Approved-Disc-Meds.2020.pdf.”

Students who require prescribed medications for medical diagnoses such as (not limited to) Asthma, Diabetes, Seizures, Migraines must have the “Request to Administer Medication Form.pdf” completed by their physician.

ATTENDANCE

Attendance matters in your child’s educational path! Please send your child to school. If a child is chronically absent:

  • Chronically absent (4 days a quarter) kindergarteners and first graders are less likely to read on grade level by the end of third grade.
  • By 6th grade, chronic absence becomes a leading indicator that a student will drop out of high school.
  • Students who are chronically absent any year between grades 8 and 12 are seven times more likely to drop out.
  • Attendance Gaps = Achievement Gaps
